A local shop with a national reach
Halcyon Goods
A single-location home goods shop needed an online store that felt like walking into the real one.

The situation
Where the project started
The old site buried products three clicks deep, took over three seconds to paint on a phone, and gave shoppers no reason to trust the checkout. Every sale happened in person, and the shop's own neighbourhood did not know it could order online.
Our approach
What we built
We rebuilt the store around photography and story: fewer, better product pages, a one-page checkout and a local search foundation that put the shop in front of people searching Asheville for what it sells.
Services used
“They made our little shop look like it belonged on a design blog, and the orders followed.”
Marie Ellison, Owner
Developer's note
The fix was not more products on the homepage. It was fewer, shown properly.
