The situation
Where the project started
Justice for All Immigrants provided vital legal guidance, advocacy, and community support, but their digital presence was burdened by a legacy structure. High mobile load latency and an unoptimized mobile interface created severe intake friction for individuals seeking legal aid—many of whom access the web exclusively via mobile devices under urgent circumstances. Furthermore, complex navigation structures made it difficult for community members to quickly access legal resources, request consultations, or submit intakes.
